The Museum is holding their 2nd Annual Historic Tea, a fundraising event to help our project to build a "new home" for our restored World War II, FG-1D Corsair. Speaker is Dan Heaton, a local author, who is well versed on the history of Selfridge. He will speak on how Selfridge earned its name as 'Home of the Generals' and discuss several well-known military personnel who have passed through the halls of Selfridge's history on their ladder of advancement. A few of the more well-known names he will talk about are: Carl Spaatz, Curtis LeMay, and George Scratchely Brown, to name a few.... All attendees must pre-register and return a 'vetting form' that will be emailed to them upon registration. Menu includes quiche, scones, salad, dessert, and iced tea. Please contact or call 586-556-5864 and leave a message for attendance information.
